Sometimes it just seems trouble follows the immortal Pan wherever he goes.

Thousands of years ago he was in a contest with fellow god Apollo for the title of God of Music, and narrowly lost because his Pipes could not also be played with divine skill while held upside down while Apollo's Lyre. Despite this, Pan always held a passionate taste for music even if it didn't fall under his godly influence.

So, in this human city called San Fransisco, he had decided to take the oppurtunty to learn what music mortals make in their world now. His musical exploration was at the moment at Club Dracul where he was hearing his first samples of "Gothic Techno" he thought he had heard one of the mortals call it. Certainly too morose for his tastes, but the god remembered as "The Dancing Drunk" was willing to give a try.

Then he had met her on the dance floor. Feeling the passions of mortals radiate off of them like heat was not a strange thing for Pan, it would probably have been dissappointing if he couldn't as the God of Lust. What this particular mortal was radiating though was so hot he was afraid he'd be burned, and he couldn't turn away. Her name was Diane, she wasn't the most beautiful in the club but there was little doubt in Pan that she could make heads turn if she tried. Before long she was telling him everything, about how she converted to a branch of Wicca that had been worshipping him as "The Horned God" as a teenager. She had been faithful and did no harm to others, and by the time she was in her mid-20's she was a modern day version of one of his high priestesses. When he reappeared in modern times and expressed his desire to not be worshipped she conceded to his wishes and quit her branch of Wicca, since searching for another branch that hadn't reacted to the reemergance of "The Horned God".

Yes she lusted after his body like almost all of the women in the club, and a fair portion of the men, but Diane also loved him unconditionally as her god. The two passions combined were something literitally irresistable to Pan, they only lasted as far as the VIP room before they began making love. The intensity was so much that Pan was considering, just considering, the idea of asking Diane to have a demi-god, his child. As a God of Nature and Lust he'd never be able to promise he'd be monogomous, but to have a definite mate- that scared him a little.

It's also why he didn't notice the vampiric creatures attacking the club until one had pulled him off of Diane and through a wall. Gods are made of sterner stuff then mortals, if it had been Diane that was thrown through the wall it would certainly have killed her. Still, he's not the god he used to be- so when he finally gets his senses together he saw that he was laying on the dance floor with the music long stopped. Standing above him was a woman, timelessly beautiful to be sure- but her features and dress looked Ancient Egytian while her skin was deathly pale.

"Behold, Pan- the Horned God. You'd think a god would at least have the pride to not lower himself to my feet like a human." She jokes in a long dead language, affording Pan a chance to look around. The situation was one Pan did not like, the entire crowd was being held hostage by more of these pale creatures with eyes like pools of blood and long, sharp fangs.
"Alright Pan, we have a few things to discuss." She says, extending a hand to help him up- which he doesn't take.
"My name is Lyxa, Queen of the Vampires and I've been undead for about 2,700 years. While you've gotten weaker over time I've gotten stronger. I'm not sure if I could defeat a god, but in trying I'm guessing a lot of the humans would die and you probably don't want that. Fortunately for you, I'm about to give your modern existance some meaning. Living or undead, women will begin having thoughts toward the future eventually. I've wanted a child since the middle ages, but being undead that seemed quite unlikely- until you. I may be undead, but you are a God of Virility- your seed could bring life to piles of sewege if you willed it."
"And deny the giving of life if I will it, as the lack of demi-gods will attest too."
"Good for you, here's the deal. If you deny me, my vampires will kill everyone in this building- and keep on killing in this city until we grow bored. If you do try to breed me but don't get me pregnant I will flip a coin. Heads and all the men die while tails and all the women die. Succeed, and who had a pulse when we entered also gets to leave with one."
"With you pregnant with a vampiric demi-god."
"What's it going to be?"

What's he do?
