The Choices We Make | Ooohkitty | 11

"Well then coffee it is little lady" says the jazz player.

"Good," Rebecca kind of sort of says. It could have been gruud or guund but that would have made no sense at all. So for the point of this story we will just say it was good.

You put your arm around Rebecca helping her walk as the jazz player leads the way. As you turn the corner of the street you see the big red and blue neon sign that reads Sven's House of affles. Some kids playing stickball on the street broke the big neon W in waffles out years ago. With the sense of humor Sven's son has instead of repairing the W he changing all the ads and menus to read Sven's House of affles.

You help/carry Rebecca through the door. Looking around you see that the inside looks just like an old style fifties diner. A young lady with a jet black hair and pink bangs who stands behind the hostess stand greets you and your friends warmly then shows you to a booth in the back.

You see a tall man that looks roughly the size of a barge working the grill. He smiles and waves a dirty spatula and says "Hey Eve, more strays?"
She looks at the cook. "Hey Big Man, you know my hearts three sizes to big."
"How was the gig tonight?" The barge asked as he rubbed the tip of his nose.
"Got fired," she said as she sits down. You slide on the other side of the booth after Becky.
"What! I'll kill the bastard," he says as he slams the metal spatula against the flat top grill.
"Relax Karl. It will be alright," she says and turns back to the two of you. "You have to try the chocolate shakes. They are out of this world." Then she thinks for a second. "Hey Karl what's with all the cooking? This place is empty."
The big man turns to her, smiles and says, "You'll see."

And then as if it was set up for a movie the door swings open and...

Who enters the diner?
