"Hey Pete, wait up" I shout as I catch up to him with the back door open as he slings his bag onto the back seat.
"What" Peter says angrily.
Putting my hand on his shoulder I smile and say, "You know my friend, I think you have issues you do not know how to deal with and I do not want to get between you and Joanne so how about you meet me at the bar after your workout?"
"Sure" Peter says with a smile, that would be nice.
I remove my hand from his shoulder and he gets in the car and fires it up. |
