Along with the heroes of Century City, the Villains of Century City have been known for some of their own sexual adventures as well. Some have been rather tame, like the revelation that the now retired supervillains "Rancid" and "Thrillkiller" were the married couple that owned a prominient, but perfectly legal, super-human themed swingers club. Others have proven not quite so benevolent as people will discover.
Villain: PROGENY
Real Name: Unknown
A fugitive from the same dystopian future as Randall, Progeny is also a psychic but not nearly of Randall's skill and power. As an Endrinokinetic, he does possess the ability to sense and manipulate the biochemistry of others around him. Dedicated to preventing the future he comes from, he has unfortunately also aquired a "The Ends Justify The Means" attitude. As a result one of his tactics is to use his powers to father as many meta-human children as he can, reasoning that if meta-humans are not an oppressible minorty back in his time certain meta-human regulation laws won't pass. Due to the subtle nature of his powers, most people believe he's an urban legend at most- including the mothers of his children.
Villain: CTHULU JOE
Real Name: Joseph Clayboirn
12 months ago the newspapers called him "The Stockbroker Stalker", a particularly sadistic rapist who seemed to targeted 4 women at random within Century City's financial district. At the time the police considered it unusual that the victims couldn't remember the build or racial make-up of the attacker, but with the sizable DNA deposits he left in his victims they decided to worry about that when they caught him. 7 rapes later he would finally be caught by the Bouncer and revealed to be Joseph Clayboirn- formerly a popular high school math teacher who had a nervous breakdown. It appeared Joseph believed he was in the service of a lovecraftian horror known as "The Defiler", who in exchange for mystical power charged Joseph with releasing him into the mortal world- a process that first requires Joseph to conceive 13 children "through hate and pain". At first his claims of spellcasting were mocked, giving him his CTHULU JOE moniker. However 2 months ago one of the women he had raped gave birth to a baby boy, admitting to the press that CTHULU JOE was the only possible biological father. Unbelievably, "The Defiler" seems to have rewarded Joe with a rough form of immortality. Using it to escape prison, CTHULU JOE once again prowls Century City looking to serve his master- every rape possibly bringing "The Defiler" one step closer to the mortal plane.
