The second guard's head spun around to see the first guard drop out of view as he fell to the ground, and to feel something hard smash into it. Before Princess Takara had finished gasping, a knife was being held up to her. If she was smart, Katsumi thought, she would scream anyway- I'm either here to kill her or kidnap her, and screaming won't change that either way. Of course, the princess was too startled to think like that, and Katsumi wasn't going to give her time to get her mind together.
Katsumi moved behind Takara swiftly and covered her mouth, pulling her down to the ground. She gagged the princess first, shoving a cloth in her mouth and tying it in place. As the initial shock wore off, Takara began to fight. She was no match for Katsumi, however, much less while she here knee was pushed onto her back, pinning her to the ground. Katsumi grabbed her hands, crossed them, and tied them quickly. Princess Takara began to make as much noise as she could under her gag- but not enough to reach anyone's ears.
