Dave pulled into the car park of the local park, he looked over to Nicole who was looking at him lovingly, “I can’t do this” he said, as he reached into his pocket and pulled out the bone.
“What’s that?” Nicole asked quizzically.
“This is the thing I used to make you love me, it has awesome powers, powers no one person should have total control over” Dave answered; Nicole leaned over and placed her hand on Dave’s.
“Then we’ll share it” she said softly, “I don’t care if you forced me into loving you, at the end of the day I love you and I want to be with you” Nicole continued, “If you’re worried about this thing corrupting you, then allow me to be your restraint” Nicole concluded, leaning in and giving Dave a light kiss.
“Ok thank you” Dave replied with a smile, “Shall we head out to the park then?” he asked.
“That sounds like a great” answered Nicole as the pair got out of the car and made their way to a semi secluded spot, “So what kind of powers does this thing have?” queried Nicole tapping the hand that contained the bone.
“It seems to be pretty much physical and mental transformations” replied Dave as they sat down.
“Ooo sounds interesting” Nicole said her eyes going wide with excitement, “Prove it” she added, tightening her grip around his arm.
“Ok, what would you like to change about yourself?” Dave asked, looking into her eyes. |
