“What’s what?” Dave asked as he made it so Marlise couldn’t see the bone.
“Oh, erm… nothing, I thought I saw something” replied Marlise, tucking a strand of hair behind an ear.
“Ok then” Dave said opening the file before him, “You feel comfortable talking to me right?” Dave suggested holding the bone.
“Yeah of course Dave” Marlise replied, relaxing in her chair.
“You have no reason to lie to me do you?” Dave continued, feeling the bone warm up.
“Why would I lie to you Dave?” Marlise answered with a light hearted laugh.
“Of course of course, do you have a boyfriend?” Dave asked getting right down to business.
“Nope afraid not, I’ve been single for quite some time now” Marlise said looking a little sad.
“That’s a shame, do you fancy me?” came Dave’s next question.
“Yeah a little bit, I think you’re cute, if you weren’t the boss I’d probably make a move on you” Marline blushed a little as she answered. Dave couldn’t believe it, this hot girl actually liked him.
“What, what would you say if I told you I fancy you as well?” Dave asked stuttering slightly.
“Well I’d… probably ask if you wanted to go for a drink and maybe dinner sometime?” Marlise replied moving to the edge of her seat.
“Great!” Dave said excitedly, “But I hate going on dates” he added, “You are my girlfriend and will act as such” he stated.
“Ok sweetie” Marlise said her expression changed from curious to comfort and familiarity, “How about we stop all this role play and get down to the real reason you asked me in here” she added, resting her elbows on the desk and allowing Dave a good view of her small cleavage.
“I, erm…. I have some question I need to ask you in regards to your job” Dave said, struggling to keep his eyes away from her cleavage, he used the bone to make Marlise think that all the subsequent questions are relative to her job.
“Ok sweetie, fire away” she replied, moving closer to Dave. |
