She asks you with an airy voice, "Are you ready for this?"
Thoughts race in your head. You're not sure if it's the alcohol that swimming in your system or something else entirely but looking at her face you would want to be right here right now then any other place on earth. You were just about to say yes when you hear a voice yell 'incoming' as a shower of brightly colored water balloons come raining down on upon you. They burst open splattering ice-cold water all over you, Eve, and the futon. Eve screams and thrashes around throwing you to the floor. You hit with a solid thump.
You turn quickly to see Christy and another woman standing in the doorway. The other woman had jet-black hair cut down to her shoulders that frame her face perfectly. She was dressed in black tight slacks and a baggie white long sleeved button down that was tied just blow her breasts showing off her whole stomach. Here nametag read Kathy. They both had huge grins on their faces. Christy was tossing another balloon up and down as she said, "ahh did da widdile bunny wunnys get all wetty betty."
"Christina Beth Dillon and Katherine Coldport I swear I'm going to kill you both and make jackets from your skin." Eve screams. She begins chasing the two girls out into the main room.
You stand slowly and hear the high pitch screams coming from the other room and smile. You walk up to the doorway and see Katherine jumping off the top of one of the couches onto Eve. They both landed on the hardwood floor with a thump. You begin to laugh the kind of laugh that starts in your throat but works its way to your fingertips and the end of your toes. You see Christy running to the fridge and grabbing what looks like a half eaten chocolate cream pie. She looks right at you and says, "What are you laughing at mister bunny thumper?" |
