"What does that mean?" you question her.
"The reason I am not upset about you fucking Sarah," she pauses, "is because I am too."
Your jaw drops almost to the floor. You had no idea Katherine was bisexual. And to top it off she had been having sex with Sarah! Your mind races with possibilities, mainly the possibility of a threesome.
"Surprised?" she asks.
"I am very surprised," you tell her.
"Well hold on tight, there is more." She says. "I am not the person you think I am. By this I mean... I am not so innocent. I've been sleeping with Ron too. I just didn't know how to tell you all this, I thought it would be easier if we were on an equal playing field."
You look at Kat and pretend to be more shocked rather than excited. As you are about to speak you're interrupted by the door opening not far behind you. Sarah Banks and Ron Stevens exit and walk toward you and Kat.
"Hey guys," Ron says.
You turn your head to look at the couple. Sarah looks at you and smiles, then she sits down beside you on the curb. Ron plants himself next to Kat, and the four of you sit in silence.
Sarah speaks first, "Well Kat, what was his response? And are we up for tonight?"
You wonder what she means by that. Katherine answers, "I am not sure Sarah, but his response was exactly what we planned."
Ron leans out from the curb to look around the two girls to see you.
"Hey Buddy," he says, "are you up for tonight?"
