After the five minutes are up, Miss Stevens announces over the intercom, “Will all teachers please report to my office for inspection.”
This is the cue for you and to start your inspections. You leave Miss Stevens' office and as you do, you bump into a young lady. She appears to only be twenty-two or so with long blonde hair. Your instinctive actions put your hands up at chest level and they land on her chest. You notice through the material of her blouse that she is not wearing a bra. Removal of your hands reveals this to be true as you can plainly see her areoles through the material of her school issued blouse. You suspect that she has complied as well about the panties.
You excuse yourself and enter the first classroom.
Once in the first room you see an entire class of girls. This could be expected as there are only six boys currently enrolled as part of the one hundred and forty-four students at the Academy. At once you notice that most of the girls are in uniform. Those that are out of uniform are either wearing tee-shirts or skirts that are shorter or longer than regulation.
“OK girls,” starts. “As we walk by I want you to raise the hem of your skirts and hold them up around your waist for panty inspection.” giggles a little before adding, “Or should I say No panty inspection.”
The first girl she walks up to is wearing a skin tight skirt. She refuses to raise her skirt and says, “I’m not taking my panties off for anyone.”
“We’ll see about that”, and in one quick jerk, her zipper is undone and her skirt is on the floor, with the busted zipper now making the skirt unwearable. What the girl is wearing is a pair of pink thong panties. “Now remove your panties, or I’ll do the same to them as I did with your skirt, only I’ll yank upwards and give you a wedgie at the same time.”
allows the girl enough time and then reaches for the girl's panties, but before can reach them, the girl slides her panties to her knees and is stepping out of them. When the girl is out of her panties she stands with her hands covering what little there is of her bush and says, “You may put your skirt back on if you can.”
“Not so fast,” you say. “Since when is that skirt school issue. The policy says that only school issue clothing can be worn during school.” You pause as looks at the skirt. “The skirt stays off as punishment for not being in proper uniform.” You notice that the blouse she is wearing is a black mid length lacy number. “The blouse and bra also.” You continue.
The girl reluctantly removes her blouse and bra with looks of hatred blazing in her eyes.
You and move on to the next girl who has her skirt up around her waist giving you a clear view of her nakedness beneath. You can also see that she is not wearing a bra under her school issue blouse. She is sporting a smile as if saying, “I enjoy this stuff.”
You continue with your inspection. In all, only two of the twelve girls in the class are out of uniform. The rest are wearing school issue uniforms.
By the time you and finish your inspection, only eight of the one-hundred and forty-four students, are out of uniform, five of which are now topless, two not wearing skirts, and the first girl you inspected is the only one completely naked. The other five boys in school are also in uniform.
Returning to Miss Stevens' office, you see that the teachers are waiting. Only one teacher appears to have been out of uniform as she stands before you topless with her D-cups sagging from their weight.
“Inspection finished.” You report, "the teachers may now return to class to finish their course of instructions."
As the teachers leave, you can see that some of them are not happy with the new dress code and figure that a couple of them would quit, if it was not for the unusual high pay involved for teaching at the academy.
“How did the inspections go?” Miss Stevens asks as she comes around and sits on the front of the desk.
“Only six percent of the students were out of uniform.” You answer. “Not bad.” You finish. Thinking to yourself, “I wish more of them were out of uniform.”
“Should we allow the students that are out of uniform to return to their rooms and get in proper uniform?” Miss Stevens asks.
