Comforting the Roommate | tantrikenetic | 16

"Well, okay then." You sigh. "I guess I'll give you your alone time."

"Thank you." She mutters, then pulls the covers over her head. You roll your eyes before exiting your dorm room. Thankfully it had stopped raining last night and the sun was out today. It might be a good idea to get some fresh air and clear your head. This thing with is getting out of control. You almost compromised over seven years of friendship in a few seconds.

You head out of the dormatory and into the warm sunlight. It feels soothing and you start to relax a little as you walk onto the campus green. You close your eyes and soak in the warmth. Then, out of nowhere, a voice interrupts your meditation.

"? What are you doing out here?" A light female voice asks. You open one eye and turn around. A cute girl, about a year younger than you, with long black hair pulled into a ponytail and wearing a mini skirt and tube top is running to catch up with you, smiling.

"Meghan?" You ask. Sure enough, that's who it is. Meghan is a girl from your math class this semester. She sits next to you and you often help her on the word problems she doesn't get. You two have a friendly relationship, but never really see her outside of class.

"Wow!" She says as she finally nears you. "I didn't think there were any other losers on campus on a weekend. Other than me, of course." She grins widely. "But I'm glad I ran into you!"

"You are?" You ask, arcing an eyebrow.

"Yeah. I need some help studying for the math final. It's going to totally kick my ass if I don't get some help. You help me so much in class, I was hoping you could come back to my dorm room and tutor me." She cocks her head to one side. "I can pay you for your services, if that helps make up your mind."

How about it? Do you want to tutor Meghan?

          Sure, why not?
