I could only see a pair of legs and feet as I opened the door, but as I grabbed my suitcase again and stepped inside, I saw that it's Joe's little sister, Penny; asleep on the couch.
I grinned as I looked back over my shoulder at Joe and I saw a mischievous look on her face as she noticed her sister laying there too. Joe always loved teasing Penny and playing pranks on her all the years they were growing up; sometimes to the point that I felt sorry for Penny. I could tell Joe was suddenly wanting to relive the good old days.
Joe quietly lowered her cargo to the floor and flashed me a wicked grin as she made her way across the living room; creeping slowly toward her sleeping sister. As she stood beside the couch, she seemed to be pondering what she would do.
I grinned; shaking my head as I slowly walked over too. I looked down at Penny and was surprised at how much she'd changed since the last time I saw her. My eyes couldn't help but move over her sleeping figure as she's curled up there on the couch; breathing slowly and looking so peaceful.
Her smooth, long legs disappeared under a pair of familiar gray shorts. I remember that she used to wear those same shorts a couple of years ago. Now, however, the shorts clung to her hips much tighter and were much shorter than I ever remembered.
My eyes moved higher up her body to the small red tank top she was wearing. It stretched over her young body; hugging every curve. At least a couple of the curves looked like they had undergone some definite improvements since the last time I saw her, I thought.
I was suddenly snapped out of my daze as I felt Joe reach over and slap my arm lightly and she whispered to me.
"Damn it. There are so many things we could do to her, but for once, I can't decide what to do," she whispered as she looked down at Penny and then back to me.
