The door opens and a woman of around 30-40 years old came out. She is wearing a black French maid dress with an apron hanging around her waist.
"Hi there sweetie, I supposed you're Renee's nephew, John. But both Renee and Doe have gone out. Do you want to come in first? It already night time, i bet it is cold out there. I'll get you a cup of hot chocolate. Make yourself at home, although this used to be your home."
I went into the house, the walls are painted light pink and everything in the house looks so feminine. Maria led me to the living room and turned on the television for me. She left me alone in the living room but returned soon after, carrying a tray with a cup of hot chocolate.
I take a sip from the hot chocolate and i asked her, "Do you have any work to do now? Can you help me with something if you don’t mind."
"You don’t have to be so formal, just tell me what you need. I'll try my best for you."
