you awake to an uncharastically quiet cabin ... you call for a stewardess for a drink and wait for her to show up... you look around and realize that everyone is frozen still, at first you can't believe what you're seeing but as you stare at an overweight hawaiian man presumabely returning from the mainland, you realize that noone on the plane is even making a move... not even breathing ... just as you begin to panic, you notice that the railroad track like button on your watch is glowing. you don't think about it for long before you realize that you've seen that symbol before... ll is the same symbol on every dvd player, vcr, and beta player you've ever seen, that;s the pause symbol... you do some experimenting along the flight and realize that the play (triangle) button makes everything go back to normal, the pause button makes everything stop, but you can manipulaite anything you want without the constraints of weight... (weight cannot exist without gravity... gravity cannot exist without time) you can't figure out what the wavy line or the diamond means, btu you think that you will soon... before you know it, you are landing in hawaii and it's time to begin your vacation.. you check in at the hawaiian princess hilton, and after getting settled in, it seems that you are all alone... your son has gone to pwahii's to check out the local punk scene, and your wife has gone off to the international marketplace... you are about to hit the beach, but then toy look at your new interesting watch and wonder if maybe there is sonething more interesting you can do... |
