It seems you got lucky with the one chance you had that night with Vanessa.
As you pass away from life to death, one of your sperm cells swims past the space
which would have been blocked by the diaphragm, and reach the her egg.
It fertilizes, and as a result, Vanessa becomes conceives a few moments later.

The next morning, Vanessa calls the hospital in a panic, and your body is taken away
to the morgue. Despite you being dead, a part of you lived on within Vanessa.
As a result, she became pregnant. Realizing that the child must have been the result
