Losing Consciousness | Synonymous | 1

Thick ivy clung to the stone walls of an old building. A petite woman retreated to the recesses of the faculty dormitory. Staff were required to help out maintaining the school (along with many of the students) for several months at a time. It was more charity work than anything; but for a certain teacher, it was everything she ever desired in her life.

Alair Mockwell was born in the rapidly receding rural areas of Britain. Jobs were hard to come by, and she was thankful to have found such a stable and adequately-paying job as the one she had at Antigone Boarding School.

Most of the girls were friendly and courteous, having manners forced into their minds since they were too young to walk. Antigone was as traditional as any catholic boarding school. Or any womens' boarding school for that matter. Small rooms, poor domestic management, restricting clothes et cetera. Not that anyone complained. Many were happy to be away from their families.

These thoughts mused Alair's mind as she lowered herself into the bath. She hadn't taken one in a week! The principal was new and outgoing, she had outlandish plans for the school, working all the staff to death and compelling them to work extra hours without pay!

Her frustrated thoughts came to an end as she felt a horrible draft force its way into the room. Being so exposed, she quickly spun around and shut the door tightly, her large C-cup breasts hanging over the white cast-iron bathtub as she reached the door.

Satisfied, she sunk lower into the pool, letting some of her auburn hair dip into the relaxing waters.

Had she not be so preoccupied with her thoughts, she would've heard a large "plop" when she had turned around earlier.

In the soapy depths of the bath, a long black creature positioned itself at the teacher's ankles and slithered itself closer toward the teacher's nether regions.

The creature, although not having the necessary brain power to have a sentient thought, had felt a large aura of youthful energy emanating from the building and set its sights on one of the more unguarded women in the building. Somehow, it knew no one would be able to hear her scream if she struggled.

Does Alair notice the intruder?

          Alair does notice in time.

          Alair doesn't notice.
