Soon, you’ve run deep into the woods, and make off in the direction of a pine orchard filled with old pines with interlocking branches, and offering plenty of cover. Crouching, you lean against the trunk of one of the bigger trees, and peer off in the direction you came from. They shouldn’t be far behind. Staring intensely for any movement and seeing none, you continue to move away from your pursuers. As you jog along, you wonder how long it will be before you hit the boundary for the “game”. While the estate on which these games are held is large, one could probably walk from border to border in a day.
Running over and past a dirt road at the top of a wide ridgeline, you jog another twenty yards, and decide to wait and watch. Looking for an opportunity to turn the tables on your pursuers. You’ve decided that if you can isolate one of your pursuers from their group, you’re going to strip them and tie them up with their clothing if you can. This should slow them down, and cause them to be a bit more cautious. At least you're hoping it will. As you think about it, it should be fun as well.
You lie down amongst a group of lush green ferns, and very soon after taking your position, can hear the voices of the young green team calling to each other. Slowly lifting your head, you see a blonde with a nice large chest walking in your direction, as she looks from side to side for you.
Her eyes are light blue, and her skin fair. Turning back towards the rest of her team, somewhere out of view, she calls, “I don’t see him anywhere around here Liz. Maybe we should look over by the stream.”
Out of sight a lilting voice calls back faintly, “Alright, Vicky.”
If the blonde keeps walking in the same general direction, she’ll walk right into you very soon. You smile to yourself, keeping your ears alert for the sound of the blonde’s teammates. Seems Vicky is going to be your first victim.
