I get to the observation car early about 9:45. I wait to see who CC is. At about 10:00 I hear someone coming up the stairs. I see her head start to rise coming up the stairs looking around to see if I am there.
She turns around and i wonder if she saw me. She then starts to back up the stairs her hands are in front of her. I wonder what she is doing. She gets to the top of the stairs and turns around. I realize she has unbuttoned all but the bottom button on her white blouse which i spread open revealing her bare b cup breasts.
