Invisible Hijinks | meach | 3

Brian made it outside of the building and down toward the campus’s quad. He hadn’t noticed the changes yet, but it all became painfully obvious when he saw the daybreak hit the horizon. What should have been him blinking to block out the light, ended with him nearly blinding himself. Brian immediately realized something was wrong when he brought his hand up to shield his eyes and saw nothing there.

“Oh crap,” was all he could say as he rushed to first open building he saw. His mind flooded with all the possible causes as he ran to find a mirror. After passing by a few closed doors he saw one open that had a big door mount mirror on one of the inside closet doors. Brian ran inside and started to strip off his clothes, He had hoped that he would see some sign of himself. Unfortunately with each removed article of clothing, he was forced to accept that none of his body was actually there. He was left in nothing but a pair of socks when he stopped and realized there was a shirt on the ground next to his scattered clothes.

In all his rush he had not been thinking about his surroundings. That wasn’t like him. He had never had tunnel vision before. But now he found himself only able to think one thing at a time, and the one thing he could think about at this moment was that shirt on the ground. He still couldn’t get over how freaky it was to watch the shirt lift off the ground and hover in front of him, even if it was his own hands that he knew were there but could not see causing it. There were some weird letters on it that he had to concentrate to remember what they meant.

“Ah, wait I should know this. These are Greek letters, Sigma Eta Xi? Why does that sound familiar?” he said to himself just before the answer flooded his mind. “Crap, Crap, Crap!!! I’m in girls sorority house!”

Brain smacked himself for being so blind to his surroundings as he looked around and saw all the sorority house paraphernalia covering what looked like a very girly room. I’ve got to get out of here, was all he could think as he picked up his clothes, but before he could put them back on he heard the sound of someone coming.

“Oh that was a great shower. This place is so much better than those funky old dorms. Cindy you sure it’s okay for me to stay here for a few days till I can get an apartment to myself?’

“Oh sure Amy, Rush week doesn’t start till Saturday, and your right those dorms should be listed as a crime against humanity. Like totally. Since we got you all moved in you won’t be in the way. You really should think about pledging. All the sisters are great and if you ever need to stay here you wouldn’t need me to get the gangs permission.”

“Sounds good I’ll give it some thought.”

Brian barely had time to stuff his clothes in his backpack then push it under the bed before Amy came in. She was wearing only a towel and drying her hair as she walked with another one. Over and over in his mind, all he could think was, “I’ve got to get out of here.” Well, at least till Amy finished wrapping her hair and loosened up the towel covering her body. As it hit the floor Brian’s thoughts steadily went from fleeing to thinking maybe he didn’t have to go so fast.

What am I Thinking I got to get out of here! I've got to get hold of her. Amy's room is hauted!!!!

          Fun with Amy
