A man in a perfectly tailored suit leans back in his leather armchair. He picks up a thin dossier from the solid oak-desk in front of him. It says "Report on Secret Agent Anna Smith" on the front page. He opens the dossier with a stern look on his face.
The first page contains a set of photographs taken with a telescopic lens.
A stunningly beautiful blonde woman is stretched out on the sun deck of a luxury yacht. The first thing he notices is her amazing body, tall and slim with long legs and an expansive bosom well exposed by a skimpy white bikini. He can't see her face because her head is turned to a middle aged fat bald man kneeling next to her. He is wearing swimming trunks and sunglasses and has a huge cigar between his grinning teeth. It looks like he is saying something to her. On the next picture the woman is up on her knees, kissing and caressing the man's hairy chest and beer belly. One of her hands is reaching down into his swimming trunks. On the following picture she is down on all four with her fully rounded ass facing the camera. The fat man has a firm grip of her hair and it looks like he is pressing her head down to his crotch. On the last picture he's got the blonde head clutched all the way down against his loins and his grin has grown even wider.
The man behind the desk turns to the next page and starts reading.
"The woman in the pictures is belived to be Anna Smith, also known as "Agent Hooters". She is a secret agent working for a top-secret intelligence agency, operating as an independent entity but with government funding.
The man who is subject of her attention is the former ambassador of The dictatorship of Brutopia. Agent Hooters is believed to have seduced the Brutopian ambassador, posing as his mistress. She was most likely the agent that infiltrated and exposed our illegal plutonium export to Brutopia."
He reads on with a grave expression. The organisation had lost over a billion dollars in the failed plutonium deal with the dictatorship of Brutopia. It had been a huge scandal with worldwide media attention. Heads had started rolling at all levels, all the way up to the presidential administration, luckily the involvement of the organisation couldn't be traced through all the front organisations but this was a major setback for the organisation's plans. He reads on...
"Little is known about Agent Hooters besides that she has few weaknesses. She is highly skilled in marksmanship and martial arts. Her beautiful and voluptuous appearance and promiscuous ways are an affective weapon in getting close to both male and female targets.
Most of the times, it seems like the subject more or less stumbles into situations where she is taken advantage of but somehow manages to come out on top.
Another weakness is that in spite of the fact that she works in intelligence, she seems to be in dire lack of it, appearingly mentally deficient and very supple, or "bimbo"-like. This may very well be an effective weapon against her.

He then turns to the last page of the dossier. There is only one line in the middle of the page
