Aaralon's Discoveries | bastian | 22

“Congratulations! You four have the distinct honor of being the only survivors of the Lady of the Mist.” To emphasize her point she waved her hand negligently at the small porthole where the burning ship was still visible in the distance.

Three of the young students regarded her with terror, the two women, little more then girls, who had just barely escaped being brutally raped by her crew now cowered in a corner of the small cell, naked and clutching one another desperately. The younger of the two men sat in the other corner staring at her with wide eyes and shaking uncontrollably. The other, the more experienced of the two, stood with both hands grasping the steal bars of his cell, looking as though he might bite her head off if given a chance. Inwardly she smiled, this one was powerful, with proper training potentially as powerful as herself, if he could be brought about to her way of thinking he might make a powerful addition to her crew. She then looked him up and down, and he wasn’t bad looking either she thought to herself, her mental smile widening.

“You are probably wondering why I have spared you today?” Crystal asked. “I assure you that I have many reasons and that if you as you are told, maybe, just maybe, you will make it through this in one piece.”

The young man before her tried to speak but tangled in her spells as he was he found himself unable to utter a word. In frustration he pounded his hands against the steel bars, his face red with fury and eyes filled with hate.

Sensuously Crystal walked up to the bars and in a deadly quiet voice whispered to the young mage, “I have something very special in store for you my young friend.” Taken aback by her words he stepped back, some of his rage being replaced by confusion.

“Now,” she said in a matter of fact tone, “on board my ship every man and woman earns their keep.” She swung open the door to the cell just as two large ugly men, one with a massive scar where his left eye once was and the other missing his nose came up beside her. Crystal turned and addressed the new arrivals. “Take all but him,” she said, pointing to the one standing before her. “Consider them gifts from the captain to her crew. Fuck them, torture them or fuck and torture them for all I care just don’t kill then.” Then she turned and left, staring back once to see the two pirates leering at their new playthings. By morning both females and probably the male would experience horrors they had never imagined, but the one that interested her, the man with a spine, was the one that really had something to fear.

What's in store for Aaralon and the other students?
