I can see why people like football so much! Both games yesterday came right down to the end. The one guy threw the ball to the other guy in the end zone, but he couldn't hold onto it and it hit the ground for a fumble, and they lost. And if he makes that catch then they would have won.
The second game was even more exciting. It looked like one team, the Jets, had won the game but there was a penalty one of the Jets tackled the quarterback too rough (I didn't know you could be too rough in football) and they got a do-over, then the other team scored a touchdown to tie the game. Then the lightening bolt heads got the ball and kicked it away, and then they got it back. Then they tried to kick it to win but missed. The ball went missed. Then the Jets got the ball back, and they kicked it good and won.
It was a lot of fun, but the game ended really late. I told my mom I wasn't feeling well so she went to church without me. It was just a white lie. Actually it wasn't really a lie at all, since I am really really tired. I'll sleep some more before today's games come on.
