I went in a sort of daze, wondering if it had really happened or I had fallen asleep and dreamt the whole thing.I met my buddies Gale and Rick by the lockers. I considered telling them about the event in the car, but decided not to as they wouldn't believe me. Hell, I didn't even believe it myself!
We stood there talking for awhile. As usual the subject was girls. Rick was telling us how he wished he could ask out Andrea for a date. Andrea was a cute girls in our class who had been the object of Ricks lust since he met her. Unfortunately she was going steady with Bert, a beefy guy from the schools fotball team. It made me kind of mad. Guys like us never got the girls. It was such a waste with Andrea being humped by a bully like Bret when Rick would appreciate her twice as much. If anything she should be begging Rick to take her.
Who did I see then, if not Andrea. And she was heading right for us. |
