.Secret Agent, Sarah Banks | lostandfound | 3

The car suddenly accelerated with incredible speed. Keith’s eyes went wide. “Holy shit! What kind of engine do you have in this thing?”

Sarah didn’t respond. Her eyes were darting between the rear-view mirror and the road. The Oldsmobile had accelerated with them and was still on their tail. “Damn it!” said Sarah, “They’re following me.”

Keith eyes were wide as he repeated, “Why would somebody be following you?” He looked into the passenger side rearview mirror. “Sarah, what’s going on?”

“You know, that’s a good question. I think I’m going to find out.” She yanked on the steering wheel and turned the car into an alleyway. The tires screeched as the car came to a sudden stop. She ordered Keith, “Get out and hide behind that dumpster.” He started to protest but stopped as Sarah pulled out a handgun from a secret compartment underneath the steering wheel.

Keith scrambled out of the car and ran behind a filthy dumpster. He watched with amazement as Sarah climbed with fantastic speed and agility up a fire escape and ducked inside a window.

In that instant, the Oldsmobile pulled into the alleyway and three men wearing dark sunglasses and trench coats stepped out. A tall bald one surveyed the area and made a quick gesture. The other two immediately drew guns and slowly made their way down the alley.

Keith got as low as he could behind the dumpster and tried to stay perfectly still. He could hear the footsteps of the men as they drew closer and closer. Closing his eyes, he whispered a little prayer and waited.

Suddenly he heard a series of thumps and grunts. He opened his eyes to see a body fall to the ground in front of him. Sunglasses were shattered into the man's face and Keith scrambled to his feet. He looked wildly around and saw another still body on the ground, the left arm bent at an impossible angle. He saw the tall bald man on his knees, his nose bleeding profusely and a gun aimed at the side of his head. Holding the gun was Sarah.

“All right, who sent you?” Sarah said to the man, her voice as cold as ice.

The man responded equally coldly. “I don’t know what you are talking about.”

Sarah saw Keith walking toward them out of the corner of her eye. “Keith, check his coat. See if he's got any I.D."

"But..." Keith started. One hard look from Sarah quickly silenced him and he did as she said. He pulled out a wallet and looked through it, inside was about fifty dollars and a driver’s license.

"Good, that's all I need." Sarah smashed the man with the butt of her gun. He went down with a thud and didn't move. Sarah grabbed Keith and headed back to the car.

"Oh my God," said Keith, "Did you kill him?"

"Probably not," Replied Sarah, pulling down her pants to her knees.

Keith was beyond confused at this point. "What the fuck are you doing?"

She didn’t answer him. He saw her firm shapely thighs covered by a pair of black panties and a garter belt. She pulled off a garter and it suddenly struck him that she wasn’t wearing any stockings. He watched as she took the garter and snapped it in half. She pulled up her pants and rubbed the broken garter against the bar code on the back. She sneered and tossed the card to the ground.

Keith bent over and saw the bar code had turned red. Sarah got into the car and Keith ran into the passenger’s seat. “What was that all about?” He asked her.

“What are they up to?” Sarah muttered to herself as she threw the car into gear and sped out of the alleyway.

“What are who up to? Sarah, are in some kind of trouble? If you are, my uncle is a lawyer, I’m sure he could help you out.”

Sarah laughed, “That’s nice of you to offer Keith, but unless your uncle is a part of the Cabinet, I doubt that he could do anything for me. I have to do this alone.”

Keith was silent for a second; he looked deep into her eyes as she drove along. “Don’t you ever get tired of being alone?” He asked.

Sarah brought the car to a quick stop. She turned toward him. “What did you say?”

Keith was shocked by the reaction his question had provoked. He stammered, “I… I… Um, I just meant that you have a sad kind of look, you seem lonely…”

Sarah’s eyes narrowed and she started to drive the car again. “I’m fine.”

Keith's response?

          Kiss her.
