Adventure in Gwaydor | wadman | 6

You realize that your followers need clothing and equipment, so you decide to raid a merchant for needed items. You and your party leave the gate area and travel on the empty streets of the city in the early morning. Soon you come to a mercantile area of the city and find a large shop, closed for the night. You have your largest guardian, Lorna, a blonde, six foot tall, pale beauty, hammer on the door until the shop keeper peers through a small hatch in the door, bleary-eyed and in his night clothes.

"Wha? Who is it?" The keeper squints at Lorna for a second, then takes in the rest of the group. "What in Hades?" He backs away from the door.

You decide he's being uncooperative, so you target him with a simple Do As I Say spell.

He stiffens when it hits him, and you say, "Unlock that door and let us in." He does so rather stiffly, and you and your party move inside. You have Lorna close and bolt the door. Looking around, you see you made a good choice. This store has many items--clothing and equipment and weapons and armor. You tell the keeper, "Help my associates find proper equipment and clothing appropriate to their functions." And that's just what he does as you watch.

Soon everyone is outfitted. You've easily picked up several hundred crowns worth of swords, armor, clothes, and equipment, including fancy dresses and functional wear for the fuckslaves. You pick up a few things for yourself while you're there, then turn to get everyone going. Then you see a woman coming down some back stairs. "Hovarth?" she says, "where are you?"

You whip around with another Do As I Say spell rapidly, and fire it off at her. You see her stiffen as the spell takes effect. "Come down here."

She does, and you see that the woman is a twenty-something brunette, short but well built. She's really pretty, dusky but not quite dark skinned, and she's wearing a flimsy cotton nightgown, through which you can see the barest hint of her nipples.

"Who are you?" you ask her.

"I'm Renvae," she says mindlessly.

"And you are..."

"Hovarth's lover. I watch the shop for him, too, sometimes."

You look over to the one she called "Hovarth". He looks to be fifty or more. "Way to go, Hovarth! You get to keep her, just for being such a stud!" You turn back to her and cast a Geas spell, which will let you program her for a long term command. "Renvae, listen carefully. You will listen for a code phrase, 'I'm a Castle Tower Guardian.' You will admit anyone who tells you those words, and follow whatever instructions they give you. When they dismiss you, you will return to whatever you were doing and forget whatever they did or said, and whatever you did or said to them. Understand?"

She blinks quickly, then says, "Yes."

You cast the same spell on Horvath and give him the same instructions. You're ready to go, but there is Renvae in her thin cotton nightshirt, still under the Do As I Say spell for a while yet...

Back outside, or inside Renvae?
