Casey sat for several minutes thumbing through the Karma Sutra and waiting for something to happen. The voice remained quiet and there was no sign of Karl.
A middle aged man came into the adult area. He quickly looked around and seemed to tense up when he spotted Casey. But, after another glance, he seems to relax. He walks over and pulls an oversized book from the top shelf where it was laid sideways on top of the stack--obviously a favourite of his left in an easy-to-reach place.
Casey tried hard to tell what the book was, but he held it tight against his chest. He seems to slink across the room to a small table for one by a window blocked out with heavy blinds.
He sits, facing away from Casey and begins looking at his book intently.
