"Okay, I get this whole plan about replacing the blood in the hospital with our blood. Hell, with the hospital's blood supply replacing it I can even understand why it's worth it. And now we're not supposed to kill humans but take them to the hospital after we drain them some. But I don't get how the doctors won't notice, why this won't turn people and why we're pumping humans full of vamp blood if not to turn them."
"The hospital staff is already enthralled according to the new boss. There's like a time limit on our blood. If the human doesn't ingest it soon enough they aren't turned. And apparently there's some ritual where if a human takes in vamp blood they become your thrall."
"There is. And by mixing all our blood together, then performing this spell before bagging it, all our blood becomes the same. Rather than just obeying one vamp they'll obey any of us."
