Brazil is currently hosting one of the biggest runway shows of the year to exhibit a variety of its clothing, and Sonia Diaz is the queen of it. The actual event begins tomorrow, so you’re slightly early, but there’s nothing wrong with that. You quickly get settled in, and find that your hotel is conveniently close to the structure that will be hosting the show.
Today will be when final test runs are done, and the place is sure to be busy. You decide to sneak it and find out what you can, so that you can be better prepared in contacting Sonia (in more ways than one) when the time comes. You enter the massive building, and it’s all hustle and bustle. Workers are scampering to put up last minute decorations, to touch up small areas that still need some help, while clothing is being carted in for the show tomorrow.
Everything is pure chaos right now, and everyone assumes that the white man in a suit is an organizer or something like that, but thankfully, nobody asks you a question. You move towards the main stage, and enter the massive room that it’s hosted in. According to reports you read, the place is large enough to host nearly five thousand people, and you certainly don’t doubt that.
The back row seats are so far back you can barely see the people, but massive screens hang overhead to give a better view. You already have front-row seats for the event, but you can already tell that it would be a more strategic position for you to have backstage access. You have the VIP tour option available to you, but that’s not what you really need to get one-on-one time with Sonia.
You decide to scout out the area beforehand. Although you have the floor-plans of the place already, actually visiting it gives you a much better idea as to what you can pull off and what you can. As you enter the backstage region, you see that each model gets her own room and quite a bit of personal space. A perfect way to get your time unnoticed by most.
The operation will require some very delicate timing, given how little time Sonia gets offstage, and how she needs to change her costume, but you think you can get your job done fast enough. The minimum you need to get done is to arrange a later meeting with her, which shouldn’t be hard if you play your cards right as a prospective agent with a very lucrative offer.
After you enter Sonia’s room, you place several hidden cameras across the room, so that there are no blind spots left in the entire dressing area, make-up area, and just the whole place in general. You place down several more cameras in the area around it, so that you know if anybody’s coming, and then you make several more notes.
There’s not much more you can do today here, but you now have the choice of going into town to party until tomorrow, or waiting here to see if you can get something else done. |
