Den of the Cave Toads | techtactic | 9

Through the slits of her helm Cecilia stared at the naked slaves, their faces twisted in mindless bliss and dried cum caking their body like stamps of ownership. She turned to the five creatures, who eyed her warily, unsure what this armoured figure intended to do.

“How dare you!” she whispered. Then her voice rose to a roar, “How dare you!

“Wretched little sinful monstrosities!” Her sword sprang up, making the increasingly agitated toads jump with nervousness. “Your torments end here vile cretins!” Her back foot slid back, shield coming up in a firm guard. “Die!”

Her charge did not take the toads off guard. In fact, they were ready for her. But what they were not ready for was a well trained knight of the realm, burning with bloodlust and divine fury. Her charging shield first scattered the surprised toads, but not all escaped unharmed. Even as they tried to spring away the foremost one receives a face full of shield, the strength behind it driven by a crusaders momentum and sending the monster tumbling back against the wall to lie insensate for now. Even in the midst of her charge Cecilia did not forget her training, and as the weight of the first toad left her front she spun on a heel, her blade reaching out like a silver ribbon on a top, and splashing a wall with an arc of red.

The second toad slumped to the ground, throat sliced wide open leaving but three still standing. But initiative was not something Cecilia was willing to abandon to her enemies. She had not the raw power of a man, but she was no weakling either, and with speed and technique more than compensated for it. She lunged into the toads midst again, sending them scrambling once more to flee from her flashing blade and steel bulwark.

The toads scrambled in disarray like mice trapped in a cage with a cat, trying to find some path through the iron wall of shield and flashing blade and to the tender flesh, but they were no warriors. They were ambushers and poisoners, and against such a foe they were woefully under equipped. They were yet still hampered by being unable to form any counterattack, Cecilia never relenting in her assault. One managed to sneak past her guard, his poison tipped talons scraping across the steel of her armour ineffectually. For his trouble, he lost an arm and while warbling in pain, he lost his head. Another had tried circling around her, only much to his surprise to feel the chill stone of the cave wall against his back. He had been promptly skewered like the bloated piece of meat he was.

The final toad watched in dumb horror as Cecilia turned, her blade glistening with the blood of his fellows and looking like an avatar of vengeance come to life. And he suddenly realized he was alone.

The toad crouched on his mighty hind legs and tried to jump, but both passages available were at angles which crossed near Cecilia. The knight, with a single if straining lunge, speared the toad as it flew by. Her sword fairly bisected the creature, and when it at last finished its hop organs and acrid blood spilled across the cave floor near the passage.

Cecilia didn’t spare the wretched creature a second glance. With contempt, she approached the last living, if unconscious toad, and unceremoniously slit its throat as well. Such monsters as these did not deserve any honour in their deaths. The creature kicked for several seconds in spasms, but soon lapsed into the stillness of death.

The cave then fell into a strange silence, all quiet save the heavy breathing of the knight coming down from her adrenaline rush, and a few of the slaves who had been so intoxicated on toad venom they hadn’t even been aware of the fight over their own masturbation. It was to these Cecilia turned to. Her breath sounded hollow to her own ears in the stifling confines of her helm, and she took a step towards the unfortunate souls still clustered about the cages.

“It’s okay,” she called to them. “They are gone now.”

How do the women react to this?

          With unexpected violence.
