Fitting in | Zack12 | 2

You have never been very good around people and you are desperate to make a good first impression, so you show up a few minutes early.

As you approach the entrance, you see a couple of the older fraternity brothers talking to a group of eight or nine freshman girls. As you approach, you hear one of the guys saying, "... so whoever it is, that's what you're supposed to do. Do a good job, and we'll tell the sorority president that you completed your Rush Week challenge. Any questions?"

Wondering what this is all about, you cautiously approach the group just as the guys depart. You feel your heart pounding and your palms sweating, but you take a deep breath, try to look confident, and walk the rest of the way to the entrance.

As you do, you hear one of the girls say, "Oh, here's the first one. Who has Number One?" You see the girls all look at pieces of paper in their hands. An African American girl speaks up and says, "That's me."

With that, she steps from the group of girls and approaches you with a big smile. "Hi! Welcome to Initiation Night! I'm Monique, and I get to be your hostess." Shyly, you extend your hand, but she pulls you in to a tight hug. You stiffen up nervously as you feel her body against yours.

"C'mon," she says, taking you by the hand and leading you through the entrance. "I'll tell you what is planned for the evening."

Where does she lead you?
