"I work at my dad's old gun shop." You tell her. She analyzes you again, then dramatically takes her shades off. Her eyes are a nice shade of hazel.
"A gun shop? You honestly don't look like a kind of guy that would handle guns."
"And you honestly don't look like the kind of lady that would work as a cop."
You immediately regret your choice of words. It just blurted out without a thought.
The officer stares a you for a few seconds before chuckling, "Get out of the car, please."
"Shit..." You mumble under your breath. As you step out of your car, the man you saw earlier was now completely visible.
He was approximately 15 feet away from you and the officer. The first thing you notice is the amount of blood staining his dirty white t-shirt. The second thing you notice is the blood dribbling down his chin from his mouth, and his diseased looking skin. His eyes seemed lifeless. His veins in his eyeballs were visible, and his irises were a very ligh shade of grey, almost matching the color of his eyeballs. As he limped his way closer to the two of you, you can hear him... 'Hissing'. And groaning.
You felt your heartbeat accelerate as he started getting closer, "Uh, ma'am...? There's someone behind you..."
The officer scowls, "Hah, nice try. Just turn around and place your hands behind your back."
That thing was now ten feet away from her, and you wondered how she couldn't hear him groaning and hissing, "Wait, seriously! You have to turn around, I don't think that--"
"Listen, I'm not going to repeat myself after this. Either you turn around right now, or I'll have to force you to."
It was now 5 feet away from you and the officer. Now that it was so close, you could tell that this thing looked barely human. It was eying the lady in front of you down hungrily.
You can tell, this thing was a some kind of monster. |
