Writer's Note: If you played the first Kingdom Hearts game, you know this boss was easy to beat.
Since this boss is pretty slow, but heavily armored, you face it head-on, while Ventus and Yuffie do usual hit-and-run attacks to wittle down its health as much as possible. Since you cannot reach its head, you decide to cut off its legs. Ventus's Keyblade suddenly glows and hits the Guard Armor, knocking it down unconscious. While it's still unconscious, you then strike its head as much as possible. Eventually, the boss goes down for the count, exploding into purple dust while a red heart floats up in the air...
Yuffie seems quite surprised. "I can't believe we just killed it." Shocked, she falls to the floor, with Ventus quickly beside her, caring for her.
You take the time to catch your breath, as the battle actually somewhat got you tired. You then see a door with a fire symbol on it open and flash a bright light. You stare at it and realize that it's time to go.
"Ventus, we're leaving," you say to him before walking to the door.
"Will you be all right?" asks Ventus, still with Yuffie.
"Yeah, I'll be fine," sighs Yuffie, "Now go." She and Ventus share one last kiss before Ventus runs off in your direction...
Yuffie then watches you both walk beyond the lighted door and watches the door close, leaving the town quiet again...
