Originally an enemy of Jotaro Kujo, she was a minion of Dio Brando after having been brainwashed while trying to find the murderer of her sister Sherry. However, she was rescued by Muhammed Abdul, and until the end of the story, began to develop a sort of strong romantic feeling towards him.
Peggy eventually found her sister's murderer, J. Geil, who was accompained by Hol Horse. Despite Abdul's first death, she pressed on and defeated both men, but Hol Horse retreated to team up with Boingo.
Peggy also became rivals and friends with Shen Ina, whom had actually been acquainted with Abdul. She was also the only female character that survived after the final battle with Dio.
It is likely assumed that Peggy isn't a virgin, but her first sexual experience is clearly unknown.
