Tom puts on his flip flops that were sitting by the door and steps into the hallway. He didn't want to be a jerk and bail on his friends so he decides to look around at what he soon will be cleaning up.
He steps out into the hall and immediately hears a crunch as he steps on some glass.
"Good thing I put shoes on," he says to no one.
Tom heads down the hall towards his roommates rooms and the kitchen. He steps around the keg and around another pile of broken beer bottles and walks into the kitchen.
Tom is pleasantly surprised by what he sees. Aside from the overflowing trash can and about a million beer cans sitting on the counters, the kitchen is pretty decent.
Tom scans the rest of the room before he notices that there is someone looking in the refrigerator. He can't tell who it is though because they are leaning down and the door is blocking Tom's view. |
