You decide to try and actually get a bit of a workout today and head for an open treadmill on the empty side of the room. Some quick hamstring and quad stretches and you're ready to go.

You start off slow, but it's feeling pretty good, and you pick up the speed. Before 15 minutes or so, you're already sweating. "This is a great workout," you think to yourself. A few minutes later you're pretty slippery with sweat and ready to get started on something a little more fun.

You glance across the room and the hottie is still at it, but now you're slick with sweat. Maybe that can give you an edge.
