You decide to call up Kristin Kreuk. It’s true that she isn’t exactly a big movie star, but she has left a lasting mark in the entertainment industry by playing Lana Lang on the TV show ‘Smallville’. Being of Dutch and Chinese descent, she has very exotic features which will probably drag hordes of horny teenagers to the box office. Plus you figure that she might be looking forward to something new ever since ‘Street Fighter: the Legend of Chun Li’ tanked. So you give her agent a call and sit back, eagerly twiddling your thumbs. Two days later your secretary informs you that Kristin Kreuk has arrived and though she hasn’t read the script she is very interested in it. It isn’t long before you hear a gentle knocking on your door. The faint girly giggling that reaches your ears as you get up to go open the door excites your blood. You swing the door open and are surprised when you see two smiling faces instead of just one.
Kristin Kreuk is there, of course, with her olive skin, almond eyes and slender frame. You also see a young blond woman with shoulder length hair and a broad friendly smile. You recognize her, of course—Allison Mack who played the tech savvy Chloe Sullivan on ‘Smallville’. Apparently the two former co-stars were also very good friends.
“It’s very nice to meet you,” Kristin smiles, taking your hand. Her skin is very smooth and soft as she briefly shakes your hand before stepping aside.
“And I’m Allison,” the blonde smiles holding out her hand. You take it and she gives you a very friendly shake.
“I hope you don’t mind that I brought her,” Kristin says, “it’s just that Allison’s my best friend and she promises to make sure that this will be a good script.”
“I could leave though,” Allison assures you hastily, “if it makes things easier.”
You consider your options. Kristin is your original option because she’s undeniably attractive and has worked in a few big productions before, but Allison does have a very charming girl-next-door allure and she seems more open than Kristin which would probably make Allison easier to convince. On the other hand the script does have a few other principle characters and even a few girl-on-girl scenes. If you could somehow convince them both to audition, maybe even use their friendship against each other…
You nod, making you decision. You motion the girls to sit on the couch across from your desk as you say…
