I just don't think Lit-E know what do with Chyoo. I bet it generates plenty of page impressions which they don't want to throw away. I bet a percentage of the main LitE user base hang around because of Chyoo.
So we're stuck in limbo. Not being shut down, with server bills being paid and all that but without development either.
