.Secret Agent, Sarah Banks | niceguy2002tim | 3

Sarah hesitated for a minute while she thought about the life she had tried to build for herself here in Cali. As she thought about it, she caught her reflection in the window across the room. The little innocent schoolgirl had grown up, now she was a fiery redheaded vixen. Her life had been kind of wild since arriving in California almost 3 years ago. Turner watched her carefully, she could tell that he was reading her expressions and was waiting for her to say it.

She turned to face the CIA super agent, then paused again. She was loving the moment, Turner looked like he was going to die of anticipation. "Well Agent Turner... I'll do it," Sarah finally said.

A big smile came across Turner's face before he opened his briefcase and removed a file. Sarah had seen this type of file before, inside she knew what to find.

"Go ahead, open it up," Turner instructed.

She opened it up and there was something she hadn't expected. Clipped inside the folder was a first-class airline ticket to Langley Virginia.

"Langley, Virginia?" Sarah asked puzzled.

"It's the home of the Central Intelligence Agency's Head Quarters. Before you go out into the field we need to run you through a couple training courses, it's just standard procedure," said Turner.

Sarah nodded her head in agreement then looked inside the folder again. Turner continued to explain, "what you have there is everything we know about this mission. The contents of this file are for your eyes only. I can not stress how important this mission is, and how important the element of surprise will be."

"Nobody but me... got it," Sarah said confidently.

Turner smiled again, but it quickly faded as he went on. "Study this information, you'll need to know it by the time you fly out to Langley, three days from now."

Sarah read the classified mission title, "Black Tuesday," she looked up at Turner, "what is Black Tuesday?"

"Black Tuesday is a plague-like virus, if it becomes airborne then every man, woman and child on this earth will be dead in a matter of weeks. There is no cure for the virus either. Black Tuesday was created during the cold war by the Soviets, and when the USSR crumbled the virus was taken by the Americans. Since then it has changed hands several times. We had it for a while, then lost it... however, we know who..." Turner trailed off in mid-sentence.

Suddenly Sarah remembered something Tunner had said to her almost three years ago, when she finished her first mission. He had said, the CIA had made a huge bust and that "they had even recovered something that was missing since the Cold War." She now knew what he had been talking about.

"Who has it?" Sarah asked fearfully.

Who has the virus?
