Sarah knows the doctor will want to hear every detail. She makes an appointment as soon as the office opens. She is told the doctor will see her at noon.
She dresses very conservatively for the visit, arriving a few minutes early. Even though she knows better, she feels like her egg has already been pierced by some sperm. She slowly follows the nurse when her name is called, sitting on the table, waiting for the doctor.
When the doctor arrives, Sarah decides she needs to tell someone about last night, if only to get it off her chest. The doctor asks why she is here today, and she tells him she may have been impregnated by someone other than her husband.
This gets the doctor's attention. During the retelling, the doctor finds out it was more than one guy, and it had nothing to do with failure of protection. Then, Sarah says where it happened.
