As you lay in the locker room in darkness you think about how you feel about drinking to much and the possibility your family had adopted you, you are not entirely sure how you feel about this. Being as they are the family you know, and if you are in fact adopted. You wonder why your mother or father had not brought it up before now. You also wonder if maybe it was something they had all be hiding or was something only your parents, and your mothers adult family knew about til your sister Hailey over heard her parents. But as you think about this you start to drive of to sleep, the last thing you remember thinking is that your train of thought does not explain your sister's behavior.
You lay with in the office of Charlie Paige Macbain, she is nice enough. You know her from your after school activities because your pretty sure that Mr.Jackson some how managed to talk her into helping with weigh fitness training for students who take part in martial arts. She often made sure you did not lift more then you could safely well making sure you did the required reps and sets to make sure that your body was well affected when you did weight lifting instead of martial arts. You tended to do one then the other alternating them day after day, in less for some reason something else came up which did not tend to happen.
You are not entirely sure how long you had been laying down, or if or how long you had been a sleep when you hear someone unlock the door to the office and come in. You are not feeling nearly as bad as you had been when you were brought into the office but you lay there still in the dark listening. You can hear the girls in the Locker room talking and so on, opening lockers clearly to clean up and change. Your pretty sure the person who entered the room is mostly the primary user of the office but you can't be 100% on it. Who ever it is they come over and look at you and then turn away and go to the desk to sit down.
You roll over and sit up, your head spins a little but you catch yourself and say " I am sorry, if there is a problem with me being in here."
Charlie turns to you and smiles and says " It is fine, Kaylee left a note warning me. And instead of just leaving the door lock with the possibility of you exiting and scaring or freaking out the girls, I entered the room to watch over you a little while. You can lay back down if you like, it is really not a problem."
You shrug and say " Sorry Ms.Macbain, does that note explain everything?"
She shakes her head and says " Nope it just says " Caution, Drunk Male student on Cot. And signed see." She shows you the note.
You smirk and say " she could have put my name on it, or why I am drunk."
Charlie nods and says " Yes, that would have been helpful. I know it was mostly your chemistry class, and after checking you I knew it was fine. I was just about to change but you sat up."
You smirk at her and say " Its a bummer I did not get to see that." You quickly realize that out of all the females you know that this is the one your most scared of and of all the moments to lose control of your ability to say the right thing now is not the time.
Charlie of course just shrugs and says " Just call me Charlie, no need in using my last name it's a little stiff, how many times are you going to force me to tell you that? My mother is Mrs.MacBain Or Ms.Macbain, I am Charlie."
You of course like many times before scratch your head at the strange behavior of female teachers asking you to call them by there first name, and say " Are you sure about that Ms.Macbain? I mean, I barely know you. I mean besides are by daily work outs and the likes, and we hardly talk during that."
She turns and smiles at you and says " It's fine , if your cheeky enough to suggest you would have liked to see me change. I am cheeky enough to force you to use my first name."
You almost shiver in pain since she had finally returned to your statement and your transfixed with watching her eyes as best as you can in the darkness as she talks, she then adds " As for changing I am going to have to do it sooner or later, my break period is next period. And I have to change out of these work out clothing, in less of course something else comes up."
You shrug and ask " Like what?"
She shrugs and says " You never know, Kaylee might ask that I make sure you stretch and take you for a run or something, I saw her working with some girls out there to set up stuff. With the note I am guessing you were suppose to be helping but you had to much to drink."
You just stare at Charlie trying to figure out what she is getting at finally you ask " Did Kaylee tell you anything about me before you came in here? and some how some of what your doing must be some form of a put on or something?"
She shrugs and says " Kaylee just smiled and waved at me, I lead my class into the gym. As for whats going on I hate how I have to coach both the boys and the girls gym classes because of whats going on, and you there you might know something about this. My last period class has changed quite a bit, this last week."
You nod and say " Yup, but I suggest if you really want an answer you talk to Kaylee. She is not giving me much of any information. I just get bites, and most of them lead to information I am not quite sure I wish to hear, and actions preformed with or against my will thou because I am male it is kind a hard to suggest that they are against. And when I don't resist it is almost fun. It might even be one of the reason's I was a little cheeky with you sorry."
Charlie smiles at you and says " It is alright, I mean when I spot for you when you do weight training. My crotch is right in your face, I mean it is kind a hard for you to miss. In less I put shorts on over my workout outfit, which just makes me look like I am stuck in the 80's or 90's I have seen them damn pictures. And I got to say they are not all pretty so I will stick to my skin tight outfit, as for letting you see me change. Lets be honest the skin tight outfit I wear is one step short of being naked and the fact is you can pretty much see me as I am now." She stands up and moves into what little light is coming into the room to make the point, thou you do remember this from your after school time spent lifting weights, thou you always managed to keep from getting a hard on because of the fact that you did not want to upset her or kill yourself with the weights.
You just nod sheepishly and ask " Can I ask something private? I mean you are being very forward, and all and I have had a lot to think about today."
Charlie nods and says " go for it, I am not going to stop you and I think no others will either."
Just as your about to ask your question someone from outside the room knocks on the door, and asks to come in.
Charlie without thinking says " Come in" Not realizing that the student at the door might not realize that there is a male student in the office.
Your cousin Gypsy walks into the room and closes the door, you quickly notice even in the darkness that she is standing topless and with panties on. It takes her a moment before realizing male is in the room, she lets out a light scream.
You look at Gypsy and say " Cover yourself up Cousin, that is no way to behave."
Gypsy is in a panic to cover herself up but only finds her hands, so she presses them to her chest and says " What are you doing in here , your not even in this class."
You shrug at your cousin and say " Strange things happen."
Charlie looks at her student and says " Sorry about that, I kinda just brought you in here on reflex. I normally don't have male students in here."
Gypsy nods and asks her teacher " So what is he doing in here?"
Charlie shrugs and says " He has his reason's the question is what did you need?"
Gypsy thinks for a second and then says " All my clothing I wear to school today are missing, I can't find it all I have is my gym clothing. I have to call home to have my mother bring more."
Charlie shakes her head and says " That is not a valid enough reason to draw your mother away, is there not anyone you can ask besides her?"
Gypsy then says " Well , or my cousin Hailey. I saw her in the gym on the way into the locker room."
You take off your take off your dress shirt on over your T-shirt and give it to Gypsy and say " Is that good enough? You might want to put on your gym pants or see if you can borrow Hailey's I don't think she will need them."
Gypsy looks at you a second and asks " Why is that?"
You smile and say " Strange things are a foot, much like a male student sleeping in a girls locker room. Just a lot stranger."
Gypsy shrugs and removes her hands from her breasts, her tits bounce free as she puts your dress shirt on around her upset body. She does not seemed to upset about the turn of events or exposing herself to you, so you shrug as you think about it a moment. Before Gypsy can leave you ask " Has your mother ever said anything about me being adopted by my parents to you?"
Gypsy shrugs and says " Not really."
You then ask " Are you not suppose to talk about if? If you do know something about it? I mean I heard from Hailey a bit ago about her parents arguing about it, and Hailey brought up the old bottle of vodka I got wasted on when I was 16 saying something about how her father planned to give it to his second son, almost as if I was his second son.... It was kinda strange."
Gypsy just nods and says " Mother said, she had to talk to me soon about something. And I do recall are older cousins and your sister talking about something, some time ago but it was pretty hushed. But you know are family they are all a little touchy."
You reach over and rub her cheek with your hand, and say " Do you mean like this? Or as in touchy on subjects? I mean I always found them to be open to talk about things."
Gypsy shrugs and says " It's like my mother she does not talk about the fact she is lesbian, but clearly she is. And are uncle has not married his lover, and he has kids to him. But some how in the Free Zone he was able to get Citizenship for him and her? That is strange, there are things not talked about all over. I mean I often hear Dedushka say things like " Your mother named you Gypsy to upset me" Personally I think she named me Gypsy to get her to stop thinking about the fact my mother is a lesbian and a single mother. And I have no idea why are grandmother hates Gypsies which is just one more thing are family does not talk about."
You shrug and say " I guess, so your saying I should find a time and ask it? Or just not worry about it. And what do you think is possible?"
Gypsy just says " I think, you should do what you think is right." With that she kisses your cheek and leaves the office.
Charlie looks at you a second and says " That was kinda sweet of you giving her your shirt."
Your not sure what to say so you just smile and add " Sweet seems to be my middle name, wait that is Dominic"
Charlie starts to laugh and asks " so you had a question you wanted to ask me?"
You nod but then look at the door and notice it is not closed all the way so you point at it, and Charlie closes it and locks it and sits back down. You look at her strange for locking it but shrug.
Charlie then asks " So what did you want to ask." with a huge smile on her face.
You then say " My Math teacher you know, Toshi has given me the task to realize when one path becomes three, he said something about stop sleeping through the events that define the world or the events of my life and embrace them. I personally think he is talking about. Economics of the general idea of Opportunity cost, meaning by picking one action it moves forward events and the time it takes prevents other possibilities. So for instance, your reaction to my cousin knocking on the door prevented and took time from me asking you my question which could have lead to events you or I may or may not have liked. But because we have not had me ask my real question yet, you have not had a chance to respond to it. Thou given the direction I know my question might lead us I could make a number of predictions and on the fact you said you would not mind changing in front of me leads me to believe some of the predictions if stated might happen. Now Toshi had also told me to predicted things before they happen, if this is the case then it might help mitigate loses of my time when one breaks things down to Opportunity and Cost."
Charlie is shocked to hear you say all this and is not entirely sure were your going, unlike your sociology teacher, or the nurse or even your math teacher. Charlie has never worried to much on these things, thou she does understand the ideals of opportunity cost and how it has affected her own life. Thou it bothers her to think to much about her forced military service because of events that trapped her and her friends. She starts to look sad for a moment and finally shakes it off and says " I guess, there is some point in there. Thou for me it just makes me a bit sad and wish to go home to see my parents for a bit."
You stand up finding that your finally sober and walk over to her and just give her a hug, you figure if what you said upset her the best you can do right now is give her a hug and give her the three predictions after she calms down. |
