You decide to take the high road. After you tie her up, you go up to that old Bat-signal thing. You always found it rather eerie, but tonight you turn it on and wait.
It doesn't take long for her to arrive. She asks questions you expected, but you haven't seen a picture of her recently- she's really filled out her costume. After answering her questions and showing her the still asleep Harley, she begins to pick up on the fact that you aren't staring at the costume symbol.
"Look," she says, "I can't keep whoring myself out to anyone who catches a criminal!"
She then realizes her mistake. She mentioned that she had done it in the past.
"How about this, girlie," you say, thinking quickly, "The way I see it, the Batman would not really appreciate you using your body to raise a small army of dogooding men... Or women, whichever way you swing. Now, I can assume that if I were to tell him about how your name should be changed to Batslut, you wouldn't be in a very good position. So what are you going to offer me for this confidential information?"
She mumbles something under her breath before starting to take off her suit. |
