Finally, you decide what to say. "I really don't think you should be doing that now," you tell her. "Well, I don't think I'd be able to work the rest of the day, seeing this all over the glass, unless I know what it tastes like," she tells you. "Well, I don't think there's any way I could work with you right there, doing that," you explain.
"Well, we were told to not make it hard for you to work," she says, "so is there anything I could do to make it easier for you to work?"
"Well,... Anything but that, actually," you tell her.
"Well," she says, sounding like she might be mocking you, "now that I've started, I don't know what could get me to stop," she says. Then, she turns to face you.
"Unless I could taste it straight from the source," she says, slowly starting to approach you. |
