The next day Anna went to the gym after class and, having asked what machines were best for weight-loss and overall fitness, exercised on the ‘cardio’ machines for an hour. She was tired and sore by the time she was finished, but was happy that she was finally finding the motivation to get in shape. She then went out and found a nice healthy place for dinner. It was strange, yesterday she would have picked up something quick and easy from the University’s range of fried, greasy food, felt guilty about what she was doing to her body and eaten it anyway. Now the idea of doing anything unhealthy made her feel sick. Still that was a good thing.
She saw Randy, that great guy from her computer classes, the one with all the great ideas. He sat down and talked to her and she listened intently taking it all in, deciding that he was right about her taste in clothing, her hair and how best to do the coding she had been having trouble with. She then went back to her room and realized that she needed to check her E-mail for at least an hour. She wasn’t she why she needed to do it for that long, only that she did.
The rest of the week went on much the same with Alice asking Randy’s advice in class, exercising and eating healthy. After class on Friday she went out shopping, bought herself some sexy lingerie and then went home. Once there she took a bath and shaved off every hair on her body below the neck line that she could reach before putting on her lingerie and sitting down at the computer
At the end of the hour she forwarded the email she had received a week ago, which had given her the motivation to improve her health and made her feel confident and attractive, to all her girlfriends around campus. She was happy that she would be able to make them feel as motivated and good about themselves as she did.
She then went over and dialed a number that popped into her head.
“I’m ready” she said. |
