Book of Magic | rusty69 | 7

You turn away from Frank, disturbed at his behavior. He had always seemed like such a nice guy, a gentleman, so to speak. Now, he turns you off. Then you realize that you now know a secret about him – something you could use against him if you wanted to.

Suddenly, you comprehend that with this new power of yours, the sky is the limit. Not only can you use it to get away with guilt-free, no-strings-attached sexual voyeurism, but also you could use it for anything! With a little planning and thought, you could use it to solve all your financial problems. Plan a few heists here and there, and you would be nearly unstoppable!

However, you begin to wonder at the old saying you often heard: "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

You could also use your power to become a sort of superhero - fighting against all the little injustices of the world. Maybe get even with your parents, or against the slimy bankers that rob people legally every day with their extortion. (You have always had some animosity toward bankers)

Of course, you have to make sure you can control this power. You had not even thought of it before, but you hope that you can turn it off as easily as you turned it on.

You decide to head back to your dorm and examine the book a little more, and you realize that you stupidly left it sitting in a public area! You rush back to the lounge, hoping that the book and your bag are still where you left them!

Is the book still there?

          No, it's missing

No, and the invisibility is starting to wear off!
